DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A Fairborn woman was sentenced Wednesday in connection to the death of her estranged husband.
Jamie Grachek, 33, was ordered to serve 21 years in prison for her part in the death of John Grachek, 45, who was shot and killed in a robbery attempt at his Riverside home.
Prosecutors said Jamie Grachek drove two others to John’s home on Easter Sunday of 2013, intending to rob him. During the course of the robbery, a 911 call was made. Dispatchers heard gunshots and sent police to the home, where they found the victim laying outside with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.
